How long does the battery last?
On the Low setting, the heated insoles are designed to provide up to 8+ hours of heat. Higher settings use more power and therefore have shorter runtimes.
How long do they take to charge?
A full charge takes approximately 3 hours. The included dual charging cable allows both insoles to charge at the same time.
Can I trim the insoles?
Yes. The insoles are designed to be trimmed along the printed guidelines to better match your footwear. Do not trim beyond the marked area because the heating element is located toward the forefoot.
Should I put them on top of my existing insoles?
For tighter footwear, remove your original insoles first. Stacking both pairs increases the height inside the shoe or boot and can reduce space around your toes.
Are they waterproof?
They are rated IPX4 and are designed to handle splashes, sweat and damp conditions. They are not waterproof and should not be submerged.
How do I clean them?
Switch them off and wipe them with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Do not place them in a washing machine, soak them, or hold them under running water.
How do I change the heat setting?
Use the included wireless RF remote to cycle through Low, Medium and High. The remote is specified to work from up to 15 m, or approximately 50 ft.
